Support
Support is provided through the Client Center support ticket system. To open a support ticket, click the link above and log in with the email address and password you used when signing up for your hosting account. Once you have logged on, go up to the menu and choose:
  • Support > Submit Ticket
To view and manage any open tickets, go up to the menu and choose:
  • Support > Overview
Upgrading your account
Need to upgrade your hosting package. Upgrades are seemless, no transfers are neceassry. Just submit a support ticket with the request and we will upgrade your account.
Domains
Currently Two Edge domains are designed to work only with a Two Edge Hosting account. We do not provide access to the name server settings, or other settings at this time. We hope you decide to stay with Two Edge Hosting for both your domain registrar and your hosting account. However, in the event that you would like to transfer a domain you registered with us, away from us, we will be happy to unlock the domain and provide you with the EPP auth key. The domain is yours! Just open a support ticket and request the unlock and EPP auth key.
