You must accept these terms and conditions to open a hosting account with us!
  1. Two Edge Media reserves the right to cancel your service for any reason we deem necesarry. Of course, we want to do business with you, and we don't anticipate canceling anyone's account, but we will cancel abusive or highly offensive accounts. We also reserve the right to deny anyone service for any reason

  2. Two Edge Media is a Christian company, we represent Christian values and you agree that this does not offend you. We do not require you or your site to be Christian, but we do require that your site not break any laws, not be vulgar or profane, and not blaspheme the name of the Lord. We also do not allow sites for the specific purpose of promoting a religion other than Christianity (in other words, no Buddhist or Muslim sites, or any other false religion).

  3. You agree that you will not use a Two Edge Hosting account or domain registered with us for the purposes of spamming, pornography or any illegal activity. Any of the content mentioned in the previous sentence will result in the immediate suspension of your account without warning and without refund.

  4. You agree to maintain the integrity of your account. Among other things this includes keeping your password safe, and not allowing access to just anyone. If you suspect that someone has gained access to your password, or somehow gained access to your account, you will imidiately change your password and notify us!

  5. You agree to allow Two Edge Media to advertise that your site is hosted with us at our discretion.

  6. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

  7. You agree that this Terms of use and any dispute arising out of your use of our products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws where the headquarters of the owner of this web site is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this web site and service you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county or city where the headquarters of the owner of this web site is located.
